An event stylist is a creative professional who designs the visual look and atmosphere of an event. They focus on aesthetics—color palettes, textures, furniture, floral arrangements, lighting, and decorative details—to create a cohesive, intentional experience that reflects the client’s vision and the event’s purpose.

Key responsibilities

  • Concept development: Translate client goals, themes, and brand or personal style into a unified design concept.

  • Styling plan: Select and coordinate items such as linens, tableware, centerpieces, signage, furniture, rugs, and decorative accents.

  • Vendor collaboration: Work with florists, rentals and Planners

(This is NOT event planning) Some clients will hire us to handle the decor and have another planner. This is great, we can collaborate with them to make sure all your plans are moving forward.
